Digital Learning

If we teach today’s students as we taught yesterday’s, we rob them of tomorrow.

BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) PROGRAM

In 2025, Victory will be continuing our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program in Years 4 to 12. By facilitating a BYOD model, Victory Lutheran College intends to empower students and give them direct involvement in the way they use technology in their learning.

The BYOD Program Handbooks and Frequently Asked Questions sheet will help guide families through the BYOD requirements for your child/ren.

The College has set a minimum device specification based on suitability, which are detailed in the LWT. Students in Years 4 and 5 will have a choice of two devices to allow our teachers to develop better integration of technologies into their lessons and also allow students to gain confidence in using a known device.

If after reading through the BYOD Handbook, you still have questions about the program, some answers may be found in the FAQ sheet below.

Our BYOD Partner

The College has chosen the supplier Learning with Technologies (LWT) as our BYOD partner who have device options which meet the curriculum and technical requirements of the College. These devices can be purchased online through the LWT / Victory  BYOD Portal. Information about the device options and specifications from LWT can be found in the flyer below or directly through the LWT Order Portal

If you have questions about the BYOD Program, please contact the ICT Team at Victory via email.
